How do I return an item?
 
Please contact customer service for more information on returning an item and to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number prior to making any returns. Thank you.

  • All returns, refunds, and exchanges must be done within 30 days of purchase.
  • All returns require a RMA number.
  • Merchandise must be returned in its original unworn condition with product tags attached.
  • Our customers are responsible for the cost of shipping.
  • All "Sale" items are final sale and are not returnable.
  • Custom orders are final sale and are not returnable.
  • Refunds will be issued to your original form of payment. Certain financial institutions make take 7-10 business days to post to your account.
  • Please allow approximately 2 to 3 weeks for us to process returns. Our team will verify your return once it is received and process accordingly.
  • Purchases made during the Holiday season between November 21st and December 24th have an extended return period to January 30th following the Holiday season.

  • All Face masks are final sale and cannot be returned.
